Regency Media leadtime begins from the receipt of all components. These components are your master and your artwork for both the packaging and printing onto CD, DVD. Manufacturing will not commence until we receive all components including a written purchase order (please refer to Appendices); and a 50% deposit, if you do not have an account.
We will replicate exactly what is included on the master and exactly as your artwork specifies. Regency Media cannot accept responsibility for errors contained in your masters artwork.
To confirm your commitment, please provide a completed Manufacturing Order with your master as soon as possible. We require this document to ensure that all materials are available and to schedule time to satisfy your delivery requirements.
Should you require delivery at a specific location,
Regency Media will be happy to arrange this at the favourable road
transport rates we enjoy, but the costs will be added to your account.
Unless approved credit account facilities have been established
previously, a deposit of 50% of the value of your order is required
at the time of your order. The remainder is payable prior to the
collection/ despatch of goods.

Without
prior notice, Regency Media Recordings' standard turnaround time is
7-10 working days. Please note that this production timing cannot
commence until we have received your master, all artwork, all documentation
and deposit. We will however, work with you and endeavour to meet
your deadlines.
As with all high volume processes, we are unable to manufacture to exact quantities. Regency Media reserves the right to supply orders with a variation of plus or minus 10%.
0.3 Cancellations and Variations
After we have received an order in writing, no cancellations
or variations will be made without written permission. Should this
occur after the acceptance of the order by Regency Media, the customer
may indemnify Regency Media in full against all costs and expenses
incurred in performing the contract up to and including the time
of cancellation or variation.
Please note variations, can add to turnaround times.
Regency Media offers a wide variety of packaging options as well as printing services. Those special requirements will obviate the need for you to coordinate between three or four different suppliers. Over wrapping and shrinkwrapping facilities are available.

Regency Media require you to sign its Conditions of Reproduction form declaring that you are the owner of the Copyright prior to commencement of your order.

Copyright Owners Society (AMCOS)
If you are recording a song not of your own composition, you are required to obtain a clearance from AMCOS before we can replicate. This approval must be in writing. It should be noted that AMCOS can take up to 8 weeks to provide a licence approval and no sales should take place before receiving this licensed approval. AMCOS will explain the issues of copyright and royalties which need to be paid by yourselves. For original compositions we recommend you protect your proprietary interest by also registering with AMCOS.

Classification
Prior to DVD's or games being sold they must be classified by the Office of Film and Literature Classification. Film Classifcation must appear on the paper part artwork in approved format.

Most retail outlets will not accept your product without a registered barcode, you must register with E.A.N. The preferred location for an E.A.N. barcode is towards the top right corner of the back of the pack at least 10mm away from the edge of the pack.

Unless otherwise specified, your master film will be stored at Regency Media for re-print purposes for a period of six months after it was last utilised. We store your master as a service to you. We will return your masters if requested, at your cost.
While we will take due care of masters, we cannot
accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Regency Media strongly recommends you have made and retain your safety
master.
By law, any material containing explicit language must contain warnings on the exterior of all packaging and where relevant, censorship rating also must be on the exterior of all packaging.
The file may contain any logos you wish as long as you have permission to reproduce them. The Philips compact disc logo is no longer a compulsory addition to your artwork.
Self adhesive stickers can be manufactured to any size or format requested. The stickers can be permanent or removable, as to your specifications. Specialty labels such as holograms, electrostatic vinyl, et cetera can also be manufactured but require a specific briefing prior to production. There will be an extra charge for adhesive labels & not to spec.
