To assist us to maintain and improve our services in 1994 we implemented the ISO 9002 Quality Improvement Management. Under this program, Lean Manufacturing is a value stream approach that is focused on implementation of lean enterprise principles, supported by capable and reliable processes achieved through a continuous Workplace Quality Improvement System, ISO 9002.

The key to long-term sustained performance lies in our ability to adhere to our quality policies and generate stake-ownership and commitment to continuous improvement as a way of life by our dedicated workforce.

All sites at Regency Media have upgraded our Quality system to ISO 2001:2000. This system enhances our planning and control activities and provides verification that the quality strategies we have implemented have been successful in fulfilling client requirements. The system is constantly monitored, allowing for continuous improvement.
